He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Chera Robbins of Logansport, Brett Hizer (Kim) of Kewanna and Scott Hizer (Renee) of Kewanna; his sister Darla Mattice (Jim) of Dayton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Garrick Robbins, Chelsi Clark (Hunter), Karah Baumgardner (Trever), Brock Hizer, Blain Hizer (Brittany), Bradley Keller and Lance Keller; his great grandchildren, Aspynn Hizer, Casynn Hizer and Truett Clark; his nieces and nephews, Darryl, Kim and Kristin; his great-nephew Chuck Smith (Janine); and his grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Michael Smith, Christopher Smith, Madison Smith, Megan Smith, Maya Tagoe and Frankie Tagoe.
