We bid farewell to Eunice E. Urbin of Kewanna, Indiana, born in Rensselaer, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2024 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Keith Smitley and Marie Smitley (Poling); her daughter Karla Urbin; her son-in-law Steve Krachinski; her brother Rev. David Smitley; her brother-in-law Gary Wentzel; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Green and Precious Urbin.
She is survived by: her husband Ned Urbin of Kewanna; her children, Christian, Jay Urbin (Holly) of Milford, Kathy Krachinski of Kewanna, Kerrie Green (Eric) of Kewanna, Joel Urbin of Kewanna, Kellie Swango (Jeremy) of Rochester and Jason Urbin (Jessica) of Rochester; her siblings, Phil Smitley (Madge) of Bunker Hill, Beverly Smitley of Ohio and Janice Wentzel of Kewanna; and her sister-in-law Deb Smitley of Warren. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Metzger Chapel (123 E Main St, Kewanna, IN 46939). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
