She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lewis and Lucille Nicodemus Lewis; and her siblings, Frances Riner and Harold Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Terry Holloway (Donna) of Thornhope and Lanae Holloway of Keller, TX; and her pets, Bear and Eddie II.
