Murphy of Kentland, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Murphy and Margaret Murphy (Moynihan); and his brothers, Jerry and Ernest Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Scott Murphy of Kentland, Angie Murphy of Fowler, Shelley Murphy (Shannon Cothran) of Brook and Brian Murphy of Lafayette; his grandsons, Travis Sondgerath, Kenneth Applegate (Devin Hall), Samuel Applegate (Kendra) and Noah Applegate; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
