He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Page (Denault) of Kentland; his wife Janice Hurt of Kentland; his mother Dianne Page of Watseka, IL; his children, Maris Page (Chase) of Fowler, Jackson Schunke of Gilman, IL, Emily Diedam (Morris) of Lafayette, Tanner Diedam (Lilly) of Lafayette and Elizabeth Diedam (Korbin); his grandchildren, Evelyn, Walker and Cooper; his siblings, Christopher Page (Kellyn) of Pittsburgh, PA, Aaron Goodrum (Amanda) of Hoopeston, IL and Michelle Brase (Ryan) of Bloomington, IL; and his mother-in-law Barbara Hurt of California.
