It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia M. Sego of Kentland, Indiana, born in Fowler, Indiana, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard H. Gick and Nora Clare Gick (Plante); her spouse Thomas Joseph Sego; her brother Larry Gick of Fowler, IN.; and her in-laws, Bernard I. Gick (Agnes), Marvin Gick (Marge), Msgr Arthur Sego, Mary K. Anstett (Harold), Theresa Sego, Jeanette Voglund (Vernon), Romana Sego, Lorraine Sego, Alice Silver (Bill) and Martha Gretencord (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Diane Freedman (Irwin) of Peabody, MA, Edward Sego of Kentland, IN, James Sego (Linda) of Salisbury, MD, John Sego (Christine) of Noblesville, IN, Mary Sego (Daryl Killian) of Clarks Hill, IN and Joan Almack (Earl) of Indianapolis, IN; and her grandchildren, Sarah Coleman (David), Gerald Freedman, Nathan Sego (Karis), Anissa Gawryolek (Joachim), Hannah Sego, Nora Warnke (Dan), Emily Kieffer (Joe) and Marissa Almack. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Pat's name to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kentland or Newton County 4-H.
