He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Bailey (Doug) of Kentland and Cherie Carlson (Tony) of Kentland; his sisters, Gertie Miller of Nappanee, IN and Grace Pressler of Wakarusa, IN.; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Holmes (Jeffrey), Candee Ramon (Rick), Melissa Chamberlain (Mat), Josh Bailey (Ashley) and Samantha O'Connor (Scott).
Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry's name to the Covenant Federated Christian Church.
