He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Lloyd Daniel and Beulah Dye-Reeder; and his siblings, Steve Daniel (Deb) of Pensacola, Diane Grigsby (James) of Kentland, Donna Dye of Lafayette, Brenda Alexander (Steve) of Kentland and Ricky Daniel. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
