He is survived by: his wife Kaitlin Nichols; his children, Seth and Paisley; his sisters, Ashley Schweller, Maryjane Manno and Phoenix Schreiber; his grandparents, Vernon Schreiber and Katherine Gynn; his in-laws, Seth and Patti Nichols; and his sister-in-law Andria Watt.
