She was predeceased by: her father Olin E. Ulyat; her siblings, Marilyn Ulyat and Richard Ulyat; her sisters-in-law, Martha and Betty; and her great-niece Kelsey Comer.

She is survived by: her siblings, Rosalie Mathis of Kentland and Jerry Ulyat of Remington; and her nieces and nephews, Missy Allen (Eddie) of Rensselaer, Kelly Mathis of Monticello, Brian Mathis of Kentland and Brad Ulyat (Carla) of Remington.
