She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Mayhew; her parents, Maurice Farrell and Bernadette Farrell; and her brothers, Jim and Dave Farrell.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Chamberlain (Ron), Mark Mayhew (Susie) and Julie Armstrong (David); her sister Jane Lyons; and her grandchildren, Laura Bashor (Dan), Amy Supernaw (Kywin), Patrick Chamberlain (Jenna), Jonathan Mayhew (Kirsten), Kristen Kuntz (Jeremy), Allison Armstrong, Christopher Armstrong (Brandi) and Matthew Armstrong. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
