She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ross and Thelma Ross (Soales); her husband Robert Payne; her grandson George Robert Justin Rhodes; and her sisters, Jacqueline Ross, Charlotte Toombs and Betty Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Sechrest (Shelley) of Kennard and Cindy Rhodes (Russ) of Kokomo; her grandsons, Robert Sechrest and Joseph Kyle Rhodes; and her great grandchildren, Layla, Aleah, Jayden, Rylan, Joseph and Braylon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kennard Friends Church.
