He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thelma Irene Darling True and Raymond Darling; his nephew Larry Wayne Darling; and his niece Diana Sue Akers. He is survived by: his spouse Bertie Pearl Spears; and his sons, Gerald Darling (Darlene), Mack Darling (Sharon) and Danny Darling (Maria). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many, many great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren.
