She was predeceased by: her parents, Everrett Shelton and Bessie Shelton (Collins); and her sister Diana Jo Shelton. She is survived by: her husband Robert Riggs; her children, Brooke Rohrer (Westley) and Tyler Riggs (Kerri); and her grandchildren, Lucas, Kaylee and Jase. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
