She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley L. Schoonover and Florence Margaret Schoonover (Zeiter); and her siblings, Herbert, James and June.

She is survived by: her spouse Jerry L. Hamman of Hamilton; her children, Susie, Jenny, Steve Hamman (Anne), Ronald Hamman (Nora), Scott Hamman (Evelyn) and Susan Kahler (Tim); her sister Janet; and her pet Blackie III. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
