He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Ray Ramsey and Sheila Ann Ramsey (Guilliams) of Kendallville; his son Jeremy (Jacinta Ramsey); his grandchildren, Luke Ramsey of Denver and Morgan Ramsey of Chillcothe, Ohio.; his sister Karen Mountz of Fort Wayne; his nieces, Taylor (Nicholas Miller) and Kayla (Clark Henderson); his great-nephews, Caden and Carter Miller; his brother Brian (Renee Ramsey); his nieces, Kaitlyn (Jerry Weber) and Kourtney (Christian Mayberry); his nephew Kyle (Breanna Ramsey); his great-nephews, Jerry Weber, Jr. and Terry Weber; and his grandparents, Wallace, Neoma Ramsey, Polly Guilliams, Frank and Aleene Guilliams.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hite Funeral Home (403 S Main St, Kendallville, IN 46755). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
