She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Simmons (Bobbi) of Butler and Patrick Simmons (Sue) of Butler; and her grandchildren, Tony Bolen of Butler, Nathen Simmons (Dana) of Auburn, Stephanie Simmons of Butler, Rebecca Simmons of Butler, Andrew Simmons (Cate) of Huntington, Justin Simmons of Huntington, Jessica Simmons of Butler, Tasha Simmons of Hudson and Shalea Simmons of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to Faith United Methodist Church.
