She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Royal Feller and Carrie Ellen Feller (Uhl); her husband Ray Dean Norris; and her brother Keith Feller. She is survived by: her daughter Radena (Tim Gienger); her grandchildren, Kory (Andrea Gienger) and Marissa Gienger (Matt Riehm); and her great grandchildren, Lucy Gienger and Hallie Gienger.

Memorial donations may be made to the Noble County Humane Society.
