She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Haak and Verlie Haak (Cluckey); her husband Jimmy Carl "Jim" Bay; her son William Frank "Winkie" Bay; her son-in-law Tim Rutherford; and her siblings, Ted Haak, Violet Eggum, Lloyd Haak, LeRoy Haak, Don Haak, Jimmy Haak and Warren Haak.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Bay (Nancy) of Garrett and Laurie Rutherford of Marietta, Ohio; her grandchildren, Stephanie Kramer (Fred), Andi Zavor (Michael) and Thad Bay (Nicole); her stepgrandson Charles Wills; and her great grandchildren, Kellan Bay, Nolan Kramer and Ayrka Kramer.
Preferred memorials may be directed to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kendallville.
