He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lyle Clifton and Mary Leoris Clifton (Colbart); his sister Annalee; his brother-in-law Jack Groosbeck; his siblings, Nancy Clifton and David Clifton; and his children, Ronald Ulch and Kim Dillon.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Clifton (Spero) of Kendallville; his children, Karen (Bruce Stopher), Bob (Brenda Ulch) and Jason Clifton of Kendallville; his grandchildren, John Dillon of Huntertown, Maggie Dillon of Fort Wayne, Cody Stopher of Harlan, Jennifer, Kevin Elrod of Harlan, Ryan, Hailey Ulch of Roanoke and Olivia Ulch of Fort Wayne; his great grandchildren, Makenna Dillon of Fort Wayne, Knixon Dillon of Fort Wayne, Colton Stopher of Harlan and Shiloh Ulch of Roanoke; his sister Lyn (Lonnie Blanchard); and his sister-in-law Ginger Clifton of Laotto.
