She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kurczek, Jr. (Janet G. Kurczek) and Vicki Bock (Paul Heywood); her son Ari; her brothers, Paul Kurczek and Jeff; and her great grandchild Adam Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Robyn Anne Gentry (Bobby Joe) of Kendallville and Jon Joseph Gavaris (Patricia Yam) of Hannibal, Missouri; her granddaughters, Brittany Marie Rizzo, Anna Krystek (Tim), Tanya Gentry (Zach), Stormie Gentry (Joey), Stephanie, Kortney Gavaris, Samantha Gavaris and Colleen Gavaris; her siblings, John Kurczek (Bridget), Jim Kurczek (Julie), Leslie Kurczek (Mikko), Pattie, Douglas Kurczek, Lisa and Brad Kurczek; her nephews, David Kurczek and Sam Kurczek; and her niece Ally Kurczek. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Preferred memorials may be directed to the family and sent to the funeral home.
