He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jay Egolf and Olive Florence Egolf (Smit); his wife Alice Jeanette Whan; his son Harold Egolf, Jr.; and his siblings, Marvel, Garnet, Alton "Pete" Egolf, Allen Egolf, Nile Egolf and Roger Egolf.
He is survived by: his caregivers, Larry and Laurie Morrow of Kendallville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
