He is survived by: his mother Carroll Lee Tackett (Boehme); his grandmother Priscilla "Annie" (Robert Witt); his siblings, Gannetta Boehme (Teddy Stanley) of Albion and Tori Nathaniel Tackett (Jody Parrish) of Hudson; his close friend Priscilla Belcher of Fort Wayne; his aunts, Carol McDaniels of Kendallville, Charolette (Edgar Caudill) and Linda (David Capocy); his uncle Shelton "Skeeter" (Linda Tackett); and his sister Jessica Christian of Hudson.
