She was predeceased by: her parents, Roma Straley and Velma Straley (Freeman); her grandson Bart Hall; her great great grandchild Lotus Good; and her siblings, Sam Thorpe, Mary Snow, Inez VanBriggle, Sarah Yeary, Edith Byrd, Carolyn Conaway and Joan Scalf.
She is survived by: her husband Rudy E. Snipes; her children, R. Kent Snipes (Ruth) of Sarasota, Beverly A. Hall (Greg) of Sharpsville, Gregory E. Snipes (Nancy) of Indianapolis, Joetta C. Sprague (Steve) of Kempton and Inez C. Snipes of Kempton; her grandchildren, Alice Baldwin (Ed), Erin Borkowski (Jerimiah), Janet Barber (Bob), Caroline Radtke (Thomas), Andreas Lauchstaedt, Lori Byrd (Raymond), April Deckard (Matthew), Tracie Jessie (Michael), Alex Snipes (Jill), David Bisard (Lora), Jarrod Sherrill (Destini), Crystal Worthy (Chris), Holly Fegley (Eric) and Stephen Sprague (Heather); and her sister Helen Agnew (Straley) of Kokomo.
