He is survived by: his daughters, Gwyn Slater (Abram) and Jeryl Mitchell (Bill); his grandchildren, Aedyn Slater, Braelyn Slater, Emma Mitchell and Cole Mitchell; his mother-in-law Virginia Presnall (Dillie) of Warren; his aunts, Margret Holloway, Fort Wayne and Louise Smithly; his siblings-in-law, Mike Presnall (Sherry), Mark Presnall (Jodi), Randi Thompson (Joe), Muncie, Rhonda Cincere (Hank), Shelly Row (Mike) and Albany; and his brother Roger Musick (Penny).
