He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Belcher and Iva Preston (Hammons); his daughter Patricia Oyler; his siblings, Krystal Logan, Charles Belcher, Jesse Belcher, Felix Belcher and Billy Belcher; his grandchildren, Nikki Oyler and Preston Kindle; and his great grandchild Eleanor Donaldson.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Belcher (Ross) of Jonesboro; his children, Timothy T. Belcher, Karla Ward (James) of Gas City, Melissa Boller of Marion, Debra Griffith of Carmel, Michelle Skeens (Tommy) of La Fontaine and Christina Harmon (Anthony) of Fishers; his brothers, Glendon Belcher (Patricia) and L. W. Stephenson; and also Riley Shell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
