He is survived by: his spouse Rosanna Adkins; his siblings, Larry Tarr (Marsha) of Albany, Sarrie Plagmann (Jeff) and Catina Bauman; his nieces, Chelsie King (Joe) and Dawn Crawley (Brian); and his friend Kenny Herring. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
