She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Underwood and Martha Underwood (Owings); her siblings, Mike Underwood and Nancy Fuller; and her brother-in-law Jerry Lambert.
She is survived by: her children, Nick Blackburn, Heather Waggoner and Cody Waggoner (Ashley); her sisters, Cathy Lambert and Robin Yeakle (Daryl); her grandchildren, Alex Blackburn, Gage Blackburn, Audriona Blackburn, Kaitlyn Waggoner, Jordan Waggoner, Bailey Waggoner and Liam Waggoner; her stepgranddaughter Averi Brubaker; her great grandchildren, Emberlyn Blackburn and Amory VanHoosier; and her close friends, Mandy Ogunnowo and Kelsey Rupp (Jordan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
