She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Columbus and Neda Columbus-Noggle (Ray Noggle); her son Vondall N. Swafford; her brother Sam Columbus; and her daughter-in-law Bonita Swafford.
She is survived by: her sons, William E. Swafford of Jonesboro, Michael N. Swafford of Jonesboro, Anthony W. Swafford of Jonesboro and Dayne C. Swafford of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Jessica A. Hall (Steve), Casey Swafford (Steve), Abbi Swafford (Gerritt), Justin W. Swafford (Phelesha) and Scrappy-Doo Swafford; and her siblings, Dolly McCoy (Robert), Mary Smith, Don Columbus (Kathleen), Tony Columbus (Pat) and Perry Columbus (Diana). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
