He was predeceased by: his mother Laurie Divadio (Bartman). He is survived by: his girlfriend Constance Shapiro (Connie) of Jonesboro, IN; his children, Leiayra Leane Divadio, Maryiah Rose Divadio and James William Michael Divadio; his stepson Josef Shapiro; his father William Divadio of Conowingo, MD; his sister Denora Divadio; his nephew Michael Divadio; and his nieces, Lauren Justice (Bradley) and Makayla Perez.
