He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy "Ike" and Vera Sapp (Pearson); and his brother Jack Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Lenora Stephenson; his children, Merrill D. Miller (Teresa) of Avon, Sherrill Howard (Rodney) of Van Buren, Elayne Kenworthy (Chuck) of Gas City and NoraLe Kellogg of Gas City; and his grandchildren, Matthew Miller (Shanna), Zachary Miller (Mickey), Brian Howard (Mae), Ben Batman, Brad Batman, Daniel Kellogg, Andrew Kellogg, Mary Hebner and Katie Kenworthy. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
