She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Stephenson and Mary Stephenson (Detamore); her husband Ronald "Wayne" Sapp; and her siblings, Jack Stephenson (Nina), Joe Stephenson, Walter Leroy Stephenson (Louise), Ruby Whelan, Leona Dixon (Bob) and Marlene Quinn.
She is survived by: her children, Merrill D. Miller (Teresa) of Avon, Sherrill Howard (Rodney) of Van Buren, Elayne Kenworthy (Chuck) of Gas City and NoraLe Kellogg (Duane Kellogg) of Gas City; her grandchildren, Matthew Miller (Shanna), Zachary Miller (Mickey), Brian Howard (May), Ben Batman, Brad Batman, Daniel Kellogg (Christalynn), Andrew Kellogg, Mary Hebner and Katie Kenworthy; and her brother Larry Stephenson (Juanita). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
