He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Couch and Mildred Couch Dailey (Campbell); and his sister Peggy Jo McPherson. He is survived by: his wife Lois Hamilton; his children, Timothy Couch (Sarah) of Bloomington, Craig Couch of Gas City and Kristi Pulley (Dale) of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Caitlin Couch, Megan Couch, Allison Couch, Kayleigh Cook (Cody), Jocelyn Jonas (Erik), Courtney Couch, Connor Couch, Jonathan Pulley (Tessa Brewer) and David Pulley (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Lilly, Madeline, Savannah, Elisabeth, Evelyn, Thomas, Jameson and Samuel; his sisters, Carol Sue Davis (Darrell) of Marion, Beverly Hueston of Jonesboro, Phyllis Kolianos (Pete) and Sharon Sawyer; his close friend Bo Timmons; and his pet Toby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
