He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Pitman and Oshie Pitman (Tarter); and his brothers, Harold Pitman and Amos Pitman. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Pitman (June Studebaker) of Jonesboro and Angie Gonzales (Reyes) of Flora; his grandchildren, Roberto Gonzales of Flora, Gabriella Gonzales of Flora, Mark Gonzales of Flora and Dakota Pitman of Jonesboro; his great grandchild Ella Gonzales; and his sister Dean Brown (Raymond) of Marion.
