He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Curtsinger and Juanita Curtsinger. He is survived by: his wife Janie Curtsinger; his son Chad Curtsinger; his stepsons, Jerry Harper (Gloria), James Harper and Joshua Berkenmeyer; his sisters, Carolyn Stanley (Jessie), Debbie Coulter and Linda Walker; and his great grandchild Clemintine. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, children, grandchildren, and a wide circle of extended family.
