He is survived by: his grandchildren, Allison, Blake, Cooper, Kade, Kash and Kate; his wife Sharon "Jeanie" Dalton Blevins; his children, Jill Pennington (David) and Michael Blevins (Elizabeth); and his brothers, Mike, Jim and Craig Blevins.
