He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Collins. He is survived by: his grandsons, Tom (Rachel Madden) and Vance B. (Melrose Collins); his wife Angie Collins; his children, Riley, Jackson and Hazel Collins; his mother Donna Collins; and his sisters, Whitney Walsh (Logan) and Valerie Collins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many close friends, neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
