She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Sample, Tiffany Sample and Tabatha Sample (Eric); her grandchildren, Destiney, Cody, Ivy and Aden; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Aurora and Brandon; and her siblings, Mark Jones and Debbie Jones.
