She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Thurman and Mattie Thurman (Mattingly); her husband David Joe Willis; and her sister Christine King of Lanesville, IN.. She is survived by: her children, Mark Andrews of Cincinnati, Ohio and Linda Elsmore (Eric) of Jeffersonville, Indiana; her stepsons, Tony Willis of Carmel, Indiana and Tracy Willis (Kathy); her grandchildren, Brittany Coffaro (Tony), Amy Andrews (Niv), Jake Andrews, Bradley Elsmore (Kristin), Katie Long (Charles), Todd Elsmore, Emily Willis, Ellen Brenner (Isiah) and Alyssa Willis; her great grandchildren, Lucy Long, Nora and Quinn Coffaro; her nephews, Danny King (Darlene) and Drue King (Amy); and her niece Sherrie Jones (Chris) of Henryville, Indiana.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
