He was predeceased by: his parents, Crit Smith and Nora Smith; and his siblings, Donald and Joann Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Wanda Purvis of Jeffersonville; his children, Ronita Pratt of Jeffersonville and Brian Smith of Jeffersonville; and his grandsons, Greg Johnson, Trevor Johnson and Jimmy Pratt.
