He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Curtis and Noema Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Margie Curtis; his children, Stacey Hall (Jason), Michelle Tincher (Scott) and Alex Curtis (Blair); his grandchildren, Tyler, Kylie, Will, Lucy, Caleb and Cori-Ann; his pet Carl Thomas; and his siblings, Carla Carter (Mike), David Curtis (Neva) and Theresa Curtis.
