He is survived by : his wife Faye Reeder; his stepdaughter Stephanie Doty (Dan); his siblings, Lewis Reeder (Martha), Shelly Fix (Mike) and David Reeder (Pamela); and his grandsons, Daniel Doty and Levi Doty (Victoria).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Scott Chapel (921 Main St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
