She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton James and Kathleen James (Halter); and her brothers, Butch, Larry, Steve, Ronnie and Duke.

She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Leffert-Byron (Lester) and Dawn Cahill (Charles); her sister Connie James-Coffey (Doug); her grandchildren, Ashley, Jonathan and Evan; and her great grandchild Annabelle Rose.
