He is survived by: his wife Norma Jeanne Perkins (Bottorff); his children, Bryan Perkins (Carletta), Kelli Perkins and Alyson Thompson (Brent); his grandchildren, Adam Thompson, Paige Thompson, Dakoda Dennis (Summer) and Courtney Kotecki (Zach); his great grandchildren, Stephen "Willie" Gum and Kotecki; his siblings, Michael Perkins (Jinnie) and Vickie Edwards (Duke); his daughter-in-law Shari Perkins; his siblings-in-law, William Bottorff (Keyomi) and Donna Tyler (Jimmy); and his pets, Belle and Duke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (431 W Harrison Ave, Clarksville, IN 47129). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
