She is survived by: her children, Shana (John Lush), Dana (Jeff Bowman) and Justin Chancellor; her sister Donna; her brother-in-law Morris Thomas; her brother Ricky; her sister-in-law Mona Applegate; and her siblings, Gina Applegate and Bradley Applegate. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
