He was predeceased by: his parents, James Downey and Mavis Downey; his former wife Cheryl Downey; and his brother Greg Downey. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Downey; his sons, Keith Downey (Susan) and Brian Downey; and his grandchildren, Cecilia Rocha and Gabriel Downey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Scott Chapel (921 Main St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
