As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joan may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Douglas and Sammie Douglas; her former husband Ray Webb; her husband Wilbert Tutt; and her brother Charles Douglas (Barbara).
She is survived by: her children, Mike Tutt (Kathy), Bryan Tutt, Rebekah Merewether and John Webb; and her brother Mike Douglas (Mary Betty). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Gospel Church (2614 E 10th St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
