It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Hawkins of Jeffersonville, Indiana, born in Salem, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hawkins and Martha Hawkins; and his sister Marcella Miller (Jess). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Hawkins; his daughter Cassandra Hawkins; his stepchildren, Rebecca Carter (Kevin) and E. Cortney Post; his grandchildren, Taylor Helm (Garrett), Paige Post, Dylan Post, Madison Post and Adison Carter; and his siblings, Gerald Hawkins (Margaret), Deborah Hart (Devon), Phillip Hawkins and Rachel Roccia (Randy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
