He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Milburn and Lillie Mae Milburn; his wife Melba Milburn; and his siblings, Mary Jones, Laura Chandler and Stanley Milburn.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Milburn and Charity Norris; his son-in-law Jim Norris; his grandchildren, Anthony Norris, Kawika Glover, Kahala Glover and Kaley Milburn; his great grandchildren, Rayden Norris and Keoni Glover; and his siblings, Chloe Arrow and Willis Milburn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
One of Charlie's final requests was that contributions be made to Performance Baseball Club 13u, in lieu of flowers being sent. Envelopes and a donation box will be available at the funeral home.
