She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Shultz and Marjorie Shultz (Achey); her husband Jerald L. Mundy; and her siblings, Diane Laucamp, Paul Jr. (Shultz) and Richard Shultz.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Korthaus, Marjorie Rust (Robert) of Seymour, IN, Melissa Korthaus of Jasper, IN and Kenneth Korthaus (Heather). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
